iKON’s BOBBY will release his first solo album on September 14.
At 4 PM on September 2, YG Entertainment posted a teaser image on its official blog announcing the release of BOBBY’s solo album.
BOBBY will be showing a different image from when he was a member of iKON. He has a new hair and fashion stylist for his new solo project, and expectations are running high.
BOBBY made a name for himself on Mnet’s WHO IS NEXT : WIN in 2013 thanks to his excellent rapping and dancing skills. His rough voice and flirtatious eyes have attracted many female fans.
In 2014, BOBBY became the winner of Show Me The Money with his groovy rap and strong stage presence and demonstrated that he is a great rapper once again. He was the first trainee to become a winner of Show Me The Money, and all four songs that he performed during the competition became No.1 on the charts.
BOBBY debuted as iKON in 2015 and gained a great deal of experience in performing on stage afterwards, which made him more of a pro. He also released “HOLUP” when he formed a project group with WINNER’s MINO, MOBB. The song showed his true identity as a hip hop singer.
BOBBY is still the main rapper of iKON. The group recently released a new EP titled “NEW KIDS : BEGIN” and appeared on a variety of radio and TV shows to promote the album.
Many had wanted BOBBY to release a solo album. He has what it takes to become a star, and his music has already gained recognition. BOBBY’s fans can’t wait to see what kind of music and performance is in store for them.
